GTC's OnStage Academy is an educational program for children ages 5 through 14. Each session culminates with a special showcase
performance demonstrating the techniques and skills learned during the session. The fall session for grades 6 though 8 includes playwriting.
Class Location
All classes are held at Rinkside Sports at Gurnee Mills (Entrance H). Rinkside offers free Internet access in its snack shop—an efficient alternative to parental drop off / pick up routines.
Cost
Only $125 per child for 10 weeks of expert instruction.
Session for Grades 1 through 5
Through theatre games and activities, students learn to express their unique talents as well as how to work with others.
Winter 2007 Session meets weekly for 10 weeks. Sessions begin January 16 or 17 (see schedule below). Choose your preferred class dates: Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
- Grades 1 and 2 • 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
- Grades 3 through 5 • 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
